The setting here is tranquil, just a short walk from the ski lift, and breakfast provides a generous selection with stunning Matterhorn views.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Zermatt train station and all the shops and amenities of Bahnhofstrasse and the major trams up the mountain to ski. There were tastefully decorated, brand-new rooms with matterhorn view, the bed was super comfortable plus good bed. The service was very good and the pool was clean😀

The restaurant was good with full view of Matterhorn here, I had light dishes. It was in the best possible location near Viktoria Shopping Center...

Exceptionally nice staff, courteous and thinking along, super-SPA, pleasant atmosphere.

Everything was tiptop, only the room was not huge.

The accommodation is easily accessible on foot. There is also a shuttle (included). The staff was very friendly and courteous. Large wellness and spa area. We even got an upgrade. We are really very satisfied and will come again.

The location was the best possible, situated in a very nice and quiet area close to public areas, Zermatt, and the valley. I had a fashionable and modest room with a Matterhorn view, nice added touches. The attached restaurant near the hotel was a great place to eat.

The owner is very attentive. The entire staff is extremely friendly. The atmosphere is good. It was also nice that we could dance to the daily live music. It is worth booking half board, the food is excellent. The wellness area was always clean and well maintained.

The Spa / Welless area is brand new and from the pool you have an outstanding view of the Matterhorn.....

The location is great, only 3 km from Sunnegga. the hotel is right by the valley, the unplugged music festival, and the Matterhorn Express. - the rooms are perfectly clean and fashionable with nice added touches.

The hotel is great. Location is very close to Sunnega Paradise ski, the staff are gentle and helpful. And the swimming pool area is spectacular, modern design, I loved it.

It is a bit pricey, but unfortunately Zermatt is all pricey.

Hotel was very comfortable and peaceful. The pool and spa really made it for us and we used it every day of our stay. The hotel is near the lift and in a peaceful location, a ten minute walk from the town centre. We did think it was expensive but so is zermatt in general. We only had b&b included and meals in the town and hotel were expensive so consider this if you are taking a family. Staff were excellent and very helpful, but not intrusive.

We felt the social areas in the hotel were a bit lacking - we expected open fires and a cosy ambience however there was one lounge which was not really used. This being said we were there at the very end of the ski season so it was perhaps just quite quiet.

The hotel is unique and ideal with a splendid view of the mountains. The staff is friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The service provided was very good overall. We appreciated the option for a late check-out. The location is perfect, close to the station, functional rooms, and conveniently situated near the main street of Zermatt and ski lifts.

The staff was very friendly and professional and location of the hotel is very convenient, with great views; overall it offers a very good value for money.

Was little bit disapointed with Spa/Swimming pool openning hours.

Superb location: 150m to the Sunnegga valley station, magnificent room terrace with view of the Matterhorn Great 25m swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Through the belt away friendly staff. Very practical hotel.
